Directorship
Belinda Louiza Driskel is a qualified attorney, a registered Debt Counsellor, an administrator and a Business Rescue Practitioner. She received her LLB degree form the University of South Africa and was involved in the debt-collection industry for many years. Mrs Driskel obtained her Debt Counsellor Certificate and her debt counsellor registration number (NCRDC 2079) in 2009, after which she founded her first Debt Counselling Company, also titled “Help-U Debt Counsellors”.Mrs. Driskel is a director of the law firm “M C Rijkheer Incorporated trading as Jordaan Rijkheer Attorneys’> She has a passion for family-related matters and is therefore actively involved in Divorce cases, Child Maintenance and Custody of Children. Mrs Driskel has a hand-on approach to leadership and is actively involved in the management and running of the company. Her experience and expertise have been instrumental in the growth of the company.
Management
Geraldine Caroline Parkin is a qualified Debt Counsellor, who has been with the company since it was acquired by Mrs. Driskel.Miss Parkin is a spokesperson at all relevant marketing – relating events, including radio sessions and market place workshops.Her knowledge in the field and her work ethics has proven a great asset to the company and enabled the company to overcome many challenging situations.
